Our company provided the complete range of technical solutions required to address a series of structural issues during the reconstruction of an existing commercial building with a total area of 5,374.60 sq.m.

In particular, the project included the successful resolution of waterproofing issues caused by water infiltration in the basement, as well as the waterproofing and sealing of the rooftop. In addition, our company undertook the complete structural restoration of deteriorated beams and columns, along with the interior and exterior painting of the building.

Finally, our team carried out the design and reconstruction of both the surrounding area and the office spaces of the business. Following the completion of all the above works, the required operating license for the business was also obtained.
