Structural Repairs and Strengthening

Structural repairs and strengthening are a critical area of intervention, particularly in buildings affected by aging, reinforcement corrosion, seismic activity, or changes in use that result in increased structural loads. Our company undertakes the complete design and implementation of structural strengthening interventions, ranging from localized repairs of damaged or corroded elements to comprehensive structural reinforcement, with the aim of restoring or upgrading the building’s load-bearing capacity.

Our studies are carried out in accordance with the Greek Code for Structural Interventions (KAN.EPE.) and the principles of Eurocode 8. We apply a range of specialized techniques, including reinforced concrete or steel jacketing, fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) strengthening, epoxy resin injection for crack repair, and foundation strengthening where required.

Each intervention is based on a detailed assessment of the existing structure, ensuring that the proposed solution is technically sound, economically viable, and fully adapted to the actual requirements of the building.
